Those woman who have fat around their waist are found to be taking unbalanced diet.If there is lot of fat around waist and stomach then check your diet,otherwise fat around stomach will not let you look thin due to unbalanced food.

Walking and running exercises make brain strong and young according to Kings College London. This result came out of a 10 year old study. According to research leg movements are a mirror of brain fitness. By including walking, cycling, running in our routine we can be physically, mentally strong.
