Winters have come.Take care of your health....

*Take more water
During winter we feel less thirsty.This causes dehydration. As a result our immunity becomes less.We should drink 10-12 glass water to fight infection. Fluid intake can also be in form of soups,herbal tea.

*Add Haldi to your diet
Haldi is antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal.It fights bacteria and infectious diseases.Take haldi twice a day in milk to strengthen immunity.

*Take Vitamin C
Take amla,orange,kiwi,guava,mausambi to strengthen immunity. Take vitamin C tablets.
