For correction of name,date of birth etc type of errors you will be required to submit photocopy of documents in its support.Send it by normal post,speed post or courier to Hyderabad or Cchinvada.

In updation form enter mobile number because on receiving application uidai will send request number on your mobile.Updation status will also come on it.
