Clean My Coach facility has been launched

'Clean My Coach' facility has been launched by Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu.According to this service, passenger will have to send train,boggy and seat number on 58989 by SMS.Online Passengers will send message to 'On Board House Keeping Service' workers.
Workers will come to clean after some time.

Passenger Ticket from EVTM will come out by new note.Exchange old note here.

3 electronic ticket vending machines(EVTM) have been installed at Charbagh station where passengers can take out their general ticket without standing in a long queue or line.Machine is giving ticket only on putting a new note.On complaint of getting ticket only by a new note Senior DCM has kept new notes uptil Rupees 1 Lakh with Ticket Superintendent office.Here passengers can exchange old notes for new so that they do not suffer or face problem while getting  or taking out ticket from ticket vending machine.
