Platform ticket booking to go online

Now Platform ticket booking will go online.
Railway minister announced that the booking of platform tickets can now be done online.It will first be started in Delhi and Mumbai.

Phone(new-bsnl customer care numbers changed)

1)BSNL subscribers can apply online for Landline.Connection will be provided in 2 days.
It can be done by SMS also.Type -Landline & send it to 54141

Other subscribers can send SMS to 9400054141 & make booking online.



2)BSNL has changed its customer care numbers
To know balance now dial *123*1#.
(Previously it was *123#)

To know special traffic voucher now dial *123*16# and
to know current traffic validity now dial *123*3#
